I have a problem. I joined a knitalong , where the point is to take the ugliest / most non-inspiring yarn you have, and knit something nice from it. The problem is, I haven't a clue what to do with it!

Here's my yarn:

It's icy white and blue, and made of wool, mohair, cotton, viscose, acrylic and polyamid. Can you believe that! It's an old Finnish yarn called Cotton brush, and I have these two balls of it, 200 grams (big balls, I don't know the yardage) It's light yarn, but should be knitted with size 8mm needles (US 11 that is).

I'm thinking a shawl might work. But then again I dont know which!

Dear readers, can you please help me out here! Leave a comment with a pattern suggestion, or even some sympathy, and on the 16th February I will draw a winner from the commenters, so leave your email/blog address. The prize is 5$ gift coupon to our American Shirt shop where the winner can order anything and get 5$ discount.

Most suitable for orders from the US/Canada! Apologies to my readers from other continents - there should be something suitable for you later in the year. Feel free to comment though!
