Säde scarf
Säde scarf

I know, I can't believe it either, but I have a FO. Actually I have a few, but I'll show you this one first. It's a scarf which I call the Säde scarf, as I knit it from the Säde yarn from Novita, a Finnish yarn brand. It's a really pretty mixed fiber yarn with sequins in it -My sister gave me two balls of it back in 2013.

I used up both balls knitting brioche stitch over about 50 stitches with my 5mm needles, which gave a really nice airy look for the scarf, as the yarn is light fingering and could be knit somewhat tighter, too. In the end I had about 1,60 metres of scarf and I really really like it!. It's soft, warm and looks like snow on a sunny day.
