Patterns
I published my first sale pattern, the Kuebel Hat on Ravelry last year, but frankly it hasn't sold well. Therefore I decided to better the pattern somewhat, and re-release it - today!
What has changed:
- there are now two sizes, small and medium
- there are more yarn suggestions available
- some errors were corrected
- and the photography is even better, thanks to my DH
You can view the pattern on Ravelry , or purchase the pattern from my Ravelry shop directly. The pattern is a good deal - only 3 €.
I had a lot of bulky wool blend yarn at home, but nothing to knit with it. So I whipped up these Chubby Cat Hats to be donated to charity! Here's the pattern to them for you.
I offer this free hat knitting pattern for no fee for your own personal use - you may not sell this pattern or the hats you knit using it (please ask me about charity). Also please consider purchasing my stitch markers or Worsted Knitt's Shirts and Bags when planning on getting some knitting apparel!
Please contact me if you find any errors in this pattern.
A while back I bought a ball of Sirdar Just Bamboo in brilliant white just to try it out. It ended up sitting in my stash for a good while before I finally decided to make something with it. One ball of ribbon bamboo is not the easiest thing to think of a project for!
I finally came up with these little sachets or tiny pouches which would be perfect for stitch markers or other little notions. Here's the very simple pattern for you. I call it the Anemone Nemorosa because the sachets remind me of this beautiful, wild spring flower.
I finally did it! This is my first knitting pattern I offer for sale. It's called the Kuebel hat, and I love it!
I originally made this hat for my husband, who is the prime example of people who cannot wear a woolen hat longer than 10 minutes before it starts to itch them. He also gets cold easily, so if I were to make him a hat, it would need to be warm.
So I had this idea of a two-layer hat, where the inside would be soft and non-itchy and the outside really warm and covering the ears. I'm really bad at double knitting, so I decided to knit two hats separately. But I also hate seaming, so I knit the hats one at a time, but using the same cast-on edge.
Behold the Kuebel hat was born! Now this hat knitting pattern is available for you to purchase, as well.
