it's pretty flat.
I got it through a swap,
all the way from Finland,
which is top.
I like it a lot,
and I will wear it all the time,
before it gets too hot
for a hat!

Today's topic is this:
The last post of the Knitting and Crochet blog week! It's been a stressful week for me work-wise, but I'm very proud to have blogged on 5 days out of seven!
Today's topic is:

First of all, I knit in the evenings, while watching TV, to relax. I sit on my sofa (pictured) and get my needles klicking.
The weather is getting warmer, the Sun is shining, it's almost time to leave the jacket at home and go out in a t-shirt.
So why on Earth am I knitting heavy woolen scarves?
There are two reasons. First: they are for charity, and as I am way behind on my "knit 50 items for charity" resolution, I have to start somewhere, and I liked the idea of scarves.

I first learned about this month's designer a good while ago when I was looking into vegan knitters. I found this interesting blog, and after noticing the person behind it had a Finnish last name, I was intrigued! It turned out her husband is of Finnish origin! But let her tell more about herself:

I just noticed I haven't blogged about two hats I finished months ago! Time to correct that mistake.
First I have a beret - the pattern I used is Beret Easy and the yarn is an old merino / modal blend called Marika Moon. I was going to give this hat to my mother in law, but I still have it... let's see what I do with it!
